Return Policy

6. Exceptions to the Right of Return

  • Unsuitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once the original packaging has been opened (where applicable).

7. Complaints

Nothing in this Return Policy limits the Customer's statutory rights to submit a complaint if a Product does not conform to the sales contract or applicable consumer protection laws.
