As a result, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected, but all orders will be delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. If necessary, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.

  • The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer receives the Products.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must submit a clear statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

7. Complaints and Returns

  • Customers have the right to submit a complaint if the Products are not in conformity with the contract.

8. Liability
